I use them consistently on my Mac Book Pro. Especially when in ZOOM meetings.

Bought to replace a Plantronics headset which failed. Works very well. Plenty of lead on it so you can move about and stand up from your seat if you need to. Mic has 180° rotation so you can have it to the left or right side. Good sound quality, comfortable even after 4 hours use (gotta love those long meetings 🙄) and plenty of adjustment in the headband.

The noise cancellation on this headset is extremely poor. When compared to my iPhone 15’s noise cancellation, the iPhone performed significantly better. This product does not meet expectations and feels like a complete waste of money. Additionally, the return option is not available, which adds to the frustration. I would recommend investing a bit more to purchase a proper noise-canceling headset instead.
After placing a replacement request, I was sent a damaged product. Although customer care eventually resolved the issue by providing a refund, the experience was highly inconvenient.
If you need a headset with effective noise cancellation and a reliable microphone for corporate online meetings, I strongly suggest exploring other options. The Jabra Evolve 20 MS feels like a very basic headset and did not meet my requirements. Overall, I am not satisfied with this product.

Fits comfortably on my head. Easy to use. Provides good noise reduction. Good value for money. Great for remote or work from home. Especially call center jobs.

Microphone Quality
The microphone on this headphone is simply amazing, with excellent noise cancellation. However, it still picks up some high-frequency sounds, such as a baby crying loudly. To fix this issue, you can use a windshield (foam) for the mic, which will help resolve the problem.
Audio Quality
The audio quality is just okay; nothing special. You can hear sound, but there’s no bass, treble, or anything noteworthy. It’s not suitable for audiophiles, gamers, or movie lovers.
Go for it if your priority is high-quality calls on Teams and other meeting apps.

While Jabra headsets are brittle but audio quality and especially with the noise cancellation it’s best for work from home purposes (may not last long if you take it daily for work), never hurts ear. This specific model is kind of small bit hard to adjust between head/ear/mouth piece.
