The package arrived as you see in the image. The first time I held it in my hand it weighed almost nothing which I did not expect and I thought that was impressive. Came with the required screws and screwdriver to mount hard disk or SSD.
I used it to reuse my harddisk in my laptop which got updated to SSD and I removed the DVD drive which is not used much at this time and age which is exactly where this caddy fits.
The installation is quiet easy and the performance and speed I think depends on the storage device and not on this caddy and is good enough for my needs.
There is two size in which this caddy is available in try to find the correct size that will fit your laptop. A quick Google search should help you with that. And it only fits 2.5 inch HDD or SSD.
No problem with the connectivity once it’s locked in place with the screw to the laptop.
Overall a good product that works as intended so I am giving it 5 stars. I don’t expect anything to go wrong with this caddy but if I run into anything interesting I will update this review with my observations

Very appropriate fit. It was hassle-free using the product, and installing SSD using it. I am not even a technician, and I could install SSD in place of optical drive of laptop. It was that seamless and reliable. I am happy that I bought this product. It fit the optical drive in the first try. No hassle, no worries. It came with the appropriate screw driver.
