I’ve been using this Bluetooth keyboard and mouse combo for over two years now, and I must say the quality is outstanding—definitely one of the best in its price range. The keyboard is responsive and comfortable for long hours of typing, and the mouse is smooth and accurate.
After about two years of regular use, the mouse scroll stopped working. Since the combo came with a 3-year warranty, I reached out to the customer support team. To my surprise, they promptly replaced both the keyboard and the mouse without any hassle. The warranty service was seamless and exceeded my expectations.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and budget-friendly keyboard and mouse combo with excellent customer service to back it up.

So would give 5 star to the mouse. ergonomic and overall a really nice product.
but the keyboard is too bad. mushy keys and bad response altogether. the worst is the spacebar. you have to precisely hit the center. else it doesn’t work. like it is too bad .to the point that you cant use your thumb to press it. you have to use your finger. the key wobbles!!!! yuck!!!!

Pros.
The low-profile keys provide a smooth key travel.
Build quality is good.
Good battery life ( 6-8 months for keyboard and nearly 1 year for mouse).
The print quality on the keyboard are good
cons.
Not ideal for heavy/prolonged typing( some keys have already stopped working).
The mouse has around 800 dpi. A 1000 dpi range would be better in this price range.
Battery indicator doesn’t work in the keyboard. So you should keep the backup batteries ready if working on a desktop.
The scrolling experience in the mouse is not that great. It has a rubber grip, which gets loose frequently and slips over the wheel while scrolling.
Some keys ( backspace, shift, enter, and some letters)wobble after a few months of usage.

Good set of keyboard and mouse. Offers fast connectivity to computer. The Dell mouse is very handy to use, has the correct curvature for the wrist, when compared to flat mouse provided by other companies. The keyboard is soft and very nice to use. Both the keyboard and mouse use one connector to the computer, and both devices come with on/off switch to save battery when not in use. Adds a good look and feel to home office setup. Excellent value for money, go for it.

Bluetooth Connectivity with laptop / pc is very easy.
The functionally of buttons of both mode and keyboard is great.

Review at the end of 2 months of (extensive) usage.
Build quality – No squeaks or rattles, unless you apply unnatural force. Both mouse and kbd.
Connection – Instant. No waiting, no lag. However, keyboard connection is unstable. Hangs a bit suddenly. It wasnt so to begin with, but increasingly facing this over the last two weeks. Keystrokes missed, have to press repeatedly (not an issue with any specific keys, nothing has worn out, just a connection issue). If you are somebody who types a lot and fast, you are in for some disappointment.
Weight – Light
Key travel – Slightly more than what I prefer. But then I prefer too less.
Sound – Noisier than my liking. And that applies to both the keys and the mouse buttons. Maybe I am used to super silent laptop keyboard.
Surface – Doesn’t accumulate dust / sweat / oil from fingers. Stays rather clean on its own.
Durability and Battery life – Too soon to comment
Major disappointment (which I should have noticed before buying) – There’s no indicator LED for Caps lock and Num lock.
