Mouse is surprisingly good, though people have shared critical reviews for it. At least click & usability is nice. Need to test longevity.
Cons –
Batteries not included. Need to wait after unboxing until you arrange batteries from outside in case you don’t have them readily available. Company may think it’s a small issue but it ruins the experience.
LED indicators are not very impressive. Could have been little better.
Battery indicator is bit confusing. Don’t know how it works.
No stands provided to increase height which is generally available in all keyboards.
Overall view & touch feel of material is hard plastic & not rubbery or something better, making it look little cheap. Of course, price point is also the economical, so this is understandable. But as this looks a very hit product in this segment, company can do something better.

Conclusion:
A very nice product for Rs. 950!! Worth buying without any doubts.

the keyboard keys are not soft like the previous portronics i had, they make lot of noise
the keyboard requires AAA while mouse needs AA, why cant they keep both same size

Update: 20th Oct 2023: The keyboard and mouse stopped responding, I m guessing there is something wrong with the receiver.
In order to claim warranty we need to fill a form online and ship the apckage to them. It is a tedious process but nothing out of the ordinary. Similar warranty claim process for many smaller companies.
Old review: This is a genuine review but a real human who bought and will be using this device. I believe in giving reviews to companies that are doing a great job and Portronics is one of those companies, they offer decent quality at a good price.
Keyboard:
This is being typed using the amazing keyboard while not a mechanical keyboard there is a decent about of travel and a satisfying feeling when typing. The keys are silent and that is something that is helpful for work keyboard which is what this is going to be, I love it.
For context this is coming from someone that uses a variety of custom mechanical keyboard with the highest quality keys available in the market some being imported from Europe.
While not a mechanical keyboard the keys have travel which makes a lot of difference and there is a push back that I can feel on my fingers, one con would be that the keys aren’t as soft to press so finger fatigue will be an issue at first, but you will adjust to the strength required to press these.
I will be using this keyboard roughly 12 hours a day.
Mouse:
The mouse is very quiet, but you can feel the clicks, obviously not in comparison to a gaming mouse but compared to normal mice available in the market the devices are really good quality. The mouse seems to have a feature where it auto shuts down after a while of inactivity and the best part it snaps back to life the moment you click.
The devices are good enough that I want to do a review on them and let everyone know how good these keys on the keyboard feel and how good the mouse is.
I unfortunately missed that there were different colour options available and chose something that pops but isn’t matching my setup but it’s all good. The quality is really satisfying.
Almost forgot the combo comes with two AA batteries which I highly appreciate. I would have had to run out into the rain to grab AA batteries otherwise.
Love what you guys at Portronics are doing. Keep it up.
