Right from the day one, the mouse pad scroll works in opposite direction
If I want to scroll any document to upwards direction, I need to scroll the pad downwards direction. It’s an opposite behaviour from normal usage of any laptop. It’s a headache when I work with two laptops parallel. I’m not sure if I’m missing any settings here

The design and built quality of this Polygear BTX5050 is certainly very good.
The keyboard is quite heavy as compared to other keyboards that I have ever used. Which I find is a good thing as it remains steady while typing.
The quality of the plastic and the finish gives a rich feel and can’t expect more than this.
Connectivity with the Macbook is convenient. Instantly connects to Macbook via Bluetooth when switched on
The keys are well spaced and sturdy, nor do they make those typical clicking or tapping noise. They are smooth and silent.
The battery life is also good. After 12 days of usage, it is still at 75%. So far so good. (I did see some issue for first two days)
Another awesome feature is it’s sleep mode which saves the battery. So we need not worry if we forget to switch off the keyboard.
All Mac keyboard shortcuts should work, at least those that I know and use are working.
Reasons why I have marked down one star:
Trackpad
Purchase experience
Though the trackpad works good, it has that rough surface texture, which gives me the feeling of moving my fingers over dust and that annoys me. (But we need to consider that at this price we can’t expect the feel of a Macbook’s trackpad)
After prolong usage of Macbook’s trackpad which is horizontally wide / landscape, we get used with long strokes of left and right swipes. However, the trackpad of this keyboard is vertical / Portrait, due to which when we do those long horizontal swipes, it toggles to a different window. So, we might need some time to get used to this limited space.
For the first two days the battery percentage was acting weird. It kept fluctuating between 100%, 90% and 80% even just by switching it on and off. Now it is stable. Off course I did charge it to 100% before testing all this.
My purchase experience was one of the worst so far:
My first order got delayed by few days and was later cancelled even though it had reached at the closest delivery center.
My second order came in, but the on/off button was not working.
My third order (current), the keyboard was full of dust and seemed like some one had opened it before. Since, this was my third order, I did not want to go through the replacement hassle and wait for another couple of days. So cleaned and sanitized that keyboard and have started using it.

Keyboard also fine the body is also fine but key sequence and key structure does not proper the key mapping is wrongly situated because many keys has changed the place key sequence is disturbed and control button only one on this keyboard so purchase please before thinking Bluetooth connectivity also fine it is true this is comfortable to devices 7 days

Keys are very hard to press compared to laptop. Opposite direction vertical scrolling for Windows users and there is no way to change it even when changed direction from windows settings. This is very inconvenient and makes it almost useless for me.
Worst part, there’s no return option. Only replacement. Wasted my money entirely.

The separation between key and trackpad is so small that many time I have tapped on the trackpad bymistake creating some problem for me. It gives some challenges to incorporate MacBook trackpad gestures and many time results in wrong gesture. It would have been better of there would have been a way to stop the trackpad at certain times by the user.
Overall keyboard is perfect otherwise. Wide and big keys, perfect with strokes without missing any characters. Fit for MacBook usages. Rechargeable. Little bit big but still easily fits in my bag for 16″ laptop.

Great quality keyboard with laptop-like chiclet keyboard.
Pros :
+ Good quality materials used. From the weight it feels like there is a metal frame inside. Absolutely zero flex.
+ Precise chiclet keys just like laptop keyboard. Enough space between keys for good ergonomics.
+ Excellent battery life. Keyboard can be used while being charged.
+ Multi finger gestures supported.
+ Multi device connectivity, Support for Android, iOS and Windows too with easy options to switch between devices.
+ Slot for keeping phone or tablet.
Cons:
– It is heavy, hence not very portable. Not easy to carry around.
– Trackpad is a bit jittery when connected to the android tablet. It does not seem to be a keyboard issue as it works smooth when connected to the windows laptop. Please note that you may face this issue when connected to android tablets.
– Faced connectivity issues a couple of times, but a restart of the keyboard resolved the problem. It happened mostly after the tablet was idle for sometime. Could be due to some bluetooth powersaving features but still it is a glitch and not expected.
I have tried other brands (Logitech/portronics) Bluetooth keyboards for mobile/tablets and found them to be cheaply built and flimsy compared to this one. The typing experience on them were also not on par with this Polygear keyboard.
I strongly recommend this keyboard if someone would like to use their tablets like a notebook/laptop.

Been using it for around 10 days and happy with the practicality and quality of the product. Connectivity with my Ipad and laptop is smooth and switching between devices is quick without any lags. Trackpad is responsive and support multiple gestures. It changeable and battery backup is great. I am using it throughout the day in office and still battery down by 10% in 8-10 days.
