Only one thing is size is not compatible for 17 to 18 inch laptop size is small but 15.6 to 16 laptop fits perfectly.

This product is a scam and it doesn’t even work as indicated.
At first I tried to connect it with my laptop as Indicated but it didn’t work. No matter how many times I tried.
I would suggest buying from other brand since this doesn’t work.

The media could not be loaded.
Build quality is good because body is made up of plastic and fan grill is made up of hard plastic (like a metal). Fan speed is medium. It cools down my laptop very nicely. I am having a 15.6 inch laptop so the size is comfortable to my laptop and overall performance is good. It is very easy to use.

This is the best product for the given price range.
I am already using a Belkin cooling pad but found it bit uncomfortable when lean in bed and use laptop with cooling pad.
This product solved the purpose. It has those stopper which prevents laptop from sliding down.
Also it has numerous perforated metal sheet on top which allows better airflow. The quality of plastic is very good for the given cost.
The fan speed is also reasonable. You cannot expect this fan to be very fast.
If you are a gamer and looking for a high speed cooling, then this is NOT the product. If you are a regular laptop user looking for a pad to prevent direct contact of laptop from your lap, then this is definitely the right product.
You can definitely go for it.
