When I ordered a battery from MyLap, the battery was defect and it lost 20% of its original health in 2 months. I contacted the brand regarding battery health and they said they will provide a replacement as their batteries have a warranty of 1 year. I quickly shipped out my defect battery to them and they shipped the new battery to me. They paid for all the shipping fees. Would recommend this brand 10/10. After sales service is very good and appreciated. However, they could make batteries a little bit more of good quality so it will last for long time. Otherwise, it’s a great brand.
