Laptop battery supplied by u is not charging at all, though the charging icon says “19% available (plugged in, charging)”. Refer the image. The Laptop goes off the moment you switch off the power supply for charging. This battery was delivered by Amazon on 20.09.24 but due to power cable issue, I could not check the battery for charging until 28.09.24 when I replaced my power cable and tried to charge the battery but experienced the above result. As the battery is under one year warranty, Amazon told me to directly get it touch with you further as their return window is closed on 27.09.24. So I request you to replace the battery immediately.
