it worked until i used it for 4 hours and it started to stuck at right side sound and now its not working right side i tried to return (not getting) , then i tried to repair still not working so thats why im writing this review on worst china company.

Waste of money and if you have extreme level of patience then buy it. Very bad sound quality, bad mic, it stopped working in less than a month. I requested for a replacement if possible as it was in warrenty period in the given number, almost a month is gone.I have not got the refund or replacement.I have wasted a lot of time and valuable money in this worst quality product. If possible I would have given negetive rating. I would never recommend this kind of bad quality product to anyone.

I purchased this amazon basics headset on 6th April 2024.
After 12days RGB light stops working try ko contact appario for warrent. They initially picked up my call and told me to mail details of problem. After that I nevee get any update. I complained on 27th April. Theyndemanded some videos and invoice which I send them. On 7th may they told that I will get refund in 10 working days .now on 23rd May it has completed 11 working day. Still refund not recieved. I called them ask. They told they ares till working on my issue.Worst customer care service by amazon basics brand. I will not purchase any amazon basics product in future.

The mic is okay sound quality medium but this will not last for more than 4 months very cheap quality and never changed my headphone in 4 months massively disappointed.
