You will get a serial number on product register email id
The serial number dose not work on THX Spatial Audio
Just download 7.1 surround Sound with the wifi type logo and use serial number in it

Got on the two-day sale, and happy I did. Wireless is great and all, but the constant recharging and bluetooth issues – this is a very nice solution for me. Comfortable, sounds fine to my ears, yet to test the mic, and the green cable has a solid tactile feel to it.

This product is a keeper. I have been using this for more than a month now. It has been consistently performing well. I occasionally use it for taking official calls as well and there is no disappointment those times as well. The mic is capturing the voice and the person on other end is also able to hear me clearer even with some ambient noise from room. I haven’t had luck to try true spatial audio though the immersion for the price point is top notch. It’s definitely recommended.

i used for 3 days as i usually little sweaty at my ears the cushion sounds all ok but after 3 days if i play around 3 hrs. my ears getting sweaty and the cushion layer already started getting lint on the fabrics which not at all expected on the 4200 Rs razer black shark v2x USB model as i bought it for they premium and esports gaming thing but the fabric on the ears are already started getting lint and getting fabric balls there this is the one of the reason i disappointed also one more thing if you you buying the razer products compare to other company products which are less and better value for money they should have provide the tuning software along with this so we can use to fine the sounds highs and lows perfectly so that can increase our hearing and gaming capability i buy this only for sole gaming purpose so i expect to give us the tuning software for free instead of only 7.1 surround software rest its all good and loud enough some time it gives me panic attacks that when enemies move near to me i can hear all the foot steps and the direction they are coming and make me skip the beat lol

The product was not new and had internal damage ..the sound was very low ..the wire used to work on it’s own will … didn’t worked with multiple application at same time ..as every other headphone do normally..totally a worst experience don’t buy from this seller ever

1. You can’t use Razor surround sound software without being an administrator. It just wont start for non-admin users. This is a big negative
2. Bass isn’t as powerful as HyperX Cloud Stinger

Product is great. Specially I love noise supression mic. However I use Nvidia Broadcast too but still mic own suppression feature is good.

I bought it for PUBG PC for Ra.3599/- during independence sale, and I must say that I am almost satisfied with this.
Tip- I don’t use 7.1 or THX app for Equalizer rather I use Dolby Atmos app (paid) with Music present option. The foot steps sound is really good with this setting at 56-60% windows volume by keeping game’s original sound intact. Comfort is great, no pain or sweet in ears after longer use also.
I earlier used Redgear cosmo 7.1, JBL Quantum 810 and Razer Barracuda X (2022), out of which, best in term of sound is cosmo7.1 and 2nd best is Razer Blackshark V2x USB. But if you prefer comfort, blackshark v2 x USB is best.
Just 1 issue I noticed with this headset on every setting is that, the overall sound suppresses a bit for 1-2 seconds after every loud sound in the game. For exp, footsteps are not noticeable immediately after gunshots or grenade sound but everything goes normal in a second or two. I will be uploading a video soon for this on YT channel – Yoddha PC Gaming.
Solutions for low sound after gunshots or grenade-> sound settings of your headphones-enhancements- loudness equalization (already ticked)-settings below- set release time to shortest.
Now this headphones is perfect for PUBG
