I have 2 UPS units from Vertiv, been using one of them for over an year now, while this one is about 3 months old, works great, does what it promises, can’t ask for more, so no complaints. You can also register your product on Vertiv’s homepage, looks and feels durable. Go for it, you won’t regret it.

I was looking for good UPS to support work from home and i was looking for many options but this is one of the best option and good quality product I found. It works on low load also. Backup is Awesome compare to other brand. This brand is Very good brand and they are specialist in UPS.

brought the product 7 days back and now its getting hot like anything, seems will bust soon due to fear we stop charging now.
Amazon saying your one day late for replacement or refund policy we cant help you anymore, try to reach the manufacture for warranty and beautiful part is manufactures service numbers are not working, so my money is gone….who will chaise now, so think twice before buying Vertiv Energy products.

Where from to get Service support is not clear . My product has stopped functioning after One year and six month

I purchased the UPS and expected a battery backup of 30-45 minutes for my laptop with battery but it surprisingly kept my laptop running for 2 hours straight.
Build quality is good but it does not beep before shutting down that needs to be added.

This product worked for an year without any issue, all of a sudden it stopped working and no backup at all.
Causes are unknown or no indication.

With a generator, this works for a 43″ TV and wifi router.

Seems to be working fine. I have a WiFi router, 32” LED, printer and a table lamp attached to it. I haven’t had a chance to take it to draining our point as I only need to tide over until generator backup kicks in. It serves my purpose just fine.
