It’s nice. I am using it with my phone after fixing it in hdd case. Easy to install. It gives more than 30mbps in my phone supporting usb 2.0 which is extraordinary. Ofcourse it will give its maximum speed while using usb 3.0 . This product at this price is just amazing. Note:- I have to format it in exfat format to get it support in my phone.

I purchased this GEONIX Refurbished 500GB SATA Hard Drive a few days ago, hoping for a reliable and affordable storage solution.
Bad Start: Unfortunately, the first hard drive I received was completely dead on arrival. It wasn’t recognized by my computer at all – no spin-up, no detection in BIOS, nothing. A very disappointing initial experience, especially since it was advertised as refurbished and tested.
Good Recovery: I contacted the seller/Amazon support about the issue and initiated a replacement request. The replacement process itself was smooth and hassle-free. They sent out a new (refurbished) unit promptly.
The Happy Ending: The replacement drive they sent works perfectly! It’s installed, formatted, and running without any issues. It’s performing exactly as I hoped the first one would – quietly, reliably, and offering the expected 500GB of storage. It truly is working “like a charm” now.
