My Laptop is Dell Inspiron with i7 16GB, but its most of the performance was squashed by the Hard Disk. It took years to load any applications like Visual Studio, Android Studio, Outlook etc., I thought to change the Laptop. But I never expected a SSD could bring such a HUGE BOOST to the laptop. Now the applications are opening like nothing. Fast Fastest and Faster now. This is Awesome upgrade value for Price.
I replaced the 1TB HDD with 1TB SSD, self installed. Samsung provides disk manager free download where using this you can Migrate or Clone you HDD to your SSD.

If u have a very low configuration system this will improve your boot time by a lot, I am running Windows 11 beta build and i am getting boot time of 25-40 seconds with everything installed. I am getting raw read and write speed of 270 MB/s . A SSD sould be put in every system it insanely improves your pc or laptop. 500 GB one should do it if u just wanna work on the device but i got lots of softwares installed so i got the 1TB one and I can confirm the experience is very smooth.

Product packing was excellent and after changing my laptop hdd to sdd, the performance is 200% faster and better, it’s been 2 months since I was using this ssd, there is no lag in the performance and no issues so far. Excellent product.

I had my doubts about the advertised speeds, since this uses QLC storage as opposed to TLC which you find in a regular SSD.
QLC is cheaper, and the only main disadvantage is that write speeds could be much slower, BUT ONLY AFTER you have written huge amounts of data. Although this wouldn’t be a problem in day to day usage as it would only happen after we exhaust its cache, and we normally won’t be continuously writing to the disk. The read speeds are not affected by this.
So naturally the first thing I did was run a few benchmarks, and try to figure out at which point the write speed would go down (It happened after around 40GB, for the 1TB model). But as you can see in the attached screenshot, it went back to normal speed after around 10 minutes by which time it had cleared its cache.

This SSD is super fast and has met my requirements (storing, moving and copying large video files ~ 2 GB each).
The speeds are high and the product is reliable – so far no issues.
The SSD enclosure I use is not included.

Ho acquistato il Samsung 870 QVO 4 TB SSD per ampliare lo spazio di archiviazione del mio PC e migliorare la velocità di caricamento di giochi e applicazioni. Sono molto soddisfatto dell’acquisto!
Con una capacità di 4 TB, questo SSD offre ampio spazio per archiviare file di grandi dimensioni, mantenendo una buona velocità di lettura (fino a 560 MB/s) e scrittura (fino a 530 MB/s). È un grande passo avanti rispetto ai tradizionali hard disk, sia per l’uso quotidiano che per il gaming, con avvii rapidi e trasferimenti veloci.
L’installazione è stata semplice e l’unità è subito pronta all’uso. Durante il trasferimento di grandi quantità di dati, le prestazioni sono rimaste costanti e senza rallentamenti.
Pur utilizzando la tecnologia QLC NAND, che potrebbe non essere la più adatta per carichi di lavoro intensivi, non ho riscontrato alcun problema durante l’uso. Samsung è un marchio di fiducia e questo prodotto non delude.
In sintesi, il Samsung 870 QVO 4 TB è una scelta eccellente per chi cerca un SSD capiente, affidabile e a un buon prezzo. Se desideri espandere lo spazio di archiviazione senza compromettere le prestazioni, è decisamente un prodotto da considerare.
