Initially worked okay, has started giving RAM related BSOD’s all of a sudden. No other components or software in the system have changed. Out of return window now. System works okay with other stick of RAM.

The RAM is dual rank, so it is faster than the single rank RAM (from Samsung, and other 4GB RAMs mentioned on Amazon; most of the sellers haven’t specified the ranks for other brands). It also comes with a 3 year warranty, and also the most cost efficient among all their 4GB RAM sticks, so there’s that.
My laptop didn’t recognize the RAM at first, but once I swapped the slots, it did; so you can try swapping slots if that same happened to you.
Overall, if you’re looking for a DDR3 RAM for older Laptops, it’s a solid choice.
Note that 32-bit systems only support 4GB of RAM, withoutany external gimmicks, so keep that in mind while purchasing.

I bought it for 600 INR currently i have installed it in my old laptop Lenovo B490 before installing it i was using 4 gb ram which is not enough that make my laptop heat up to much and battery drain but now after installing this additional 4gb ram now my laptop runs much smoother and no heating issue.
