Joli design. XMP2 bien respecté..en CAS 20

At the time of purchase, this was the cheapest possible 4000MHz kit I could find. For good reason. It is actually very slow, latency is extremely high when using XMP. You need to manually tighten the timings, which then depends on your silicon luck and skill.
I could squeeze 16-17-20-20-560 at 1.45V, wouldn’t risk higher voltage than that. At this level, performance becomes acceptable. At 1.4V you could probably get away with CAS17, but AMD systems do not like odd numbered Tcas. Unusually, it did accept an odd number for Trcd (which, along with Trfc are the most important tuning numbers).
Better kits will do tighter timings at lower voltages, but this is very cheap Hynix unbinned stuff, so a lot of what you can get out of the kit is your luck. I would not suggest it for most folks as the XMP C20 timings are way too loose for any sort of performance expectations.
