The white desktop definitely adds some elegance to my new white apartment I would say! Loved the facial recognition feature as well

I regret and repent for having purchased a HP product. The desktop has completely stopped working within two months of purchase!
What’s even worse than the product itself is HP’s customer support! Not only has their technician been unable to solve the problem, the technician has also caused physical damage to the product! And also attempted to replace the existing motherboard with an old motherboard!
Did not expect this from a valuable brand such as HP! They are only fleecing Indian customers by selling below par products that don’t even last their warranty period!
Worse is that they have absolutely washed their hands off my purchase and have also refused to replace the product

while i have purchased this product in October 2024, but warranty has started from February 2024, it means it is used by someone else before i do!!! now i have to go through the pain of getting Amazon to get it resolve this issue.

The desktop is awesome in its looks, performance and overall experience. Installation is very smooth. Can run on raw but stable power, no UPS required. Keyboard is tough yet elegant. Overall, It’s a good purchase with value for money.
