CPU stopped working after an hour of use. When our technician tried to locate tha fault he found SSD of the CPU is faulty. SSD looks old & used. I tried to return these items but not able to place return order even after calling cusomer care. Costomer care said they will send SMS for return but I did not get any SMS or any communication in this regard. This is totally unexpected from Amazon. Return window closes on 6/1/2025. I would like to request Amazon to ressolve this problem before 6/1/2025.
