Don’t buy any refurbished . They are not taking return if it is not working. I got this products and it was not working. I initated for return but two times it is rejected.

I do know this computer is not working, the cables are not connected, and the other keyboard is not working, but I purchased a new keyboard. The Amazon delivery partner did not pick up this computer. I have made seven returns regarding this system. I talked to Amazon customer care daily for one hour regarding this issue, but they cannot help us.
