The performance of the PC is that great which a 3rd generation intel i5 PC should deliver. The system is slow. Wifi gets disconnected. The monitor is of acer and not of Dell. The CPU is of Dell. The keyboard and the webcam aren’t functional.
The computer is not working properly, take it back, it hangs a lot, there are a lot of problems in using it, please fix it or take it back, the screen is not coming on –

The support seems good enough and reachable. Also it being refurbished it’s covered with a 6 months warranty. I’ve only had them for a week now so will only comment on service and warranty down the line. The product is in pristine condition, minimal scratches and most importantly the system is plug and play and ready to use. They are decently specked for an office. Sheer easy to use and really everything you need is provided. The real USP id say was that they all come with OG office and windows so no fuss and all are equipped with a wifi dongle.

I recently purchased a computer from this supplier, and I am compelled to share my experience with potential customers. Initially, I was excited about my new device, but my enthusiasm quickly turned to disappointment. The computer’s performance was subpar from the beginning, and to my dismay, it completely stopped working after just one week.
I attempted to initiate a return or exchange, only to find out that the return window had already closed. This situation is quite distressing, as I am now left with a defective product that I cannot use or return.
I am reaching out through this platform with the hope that supplier will acknowledge this issue and provide a satisfactory resolution. It is crucial for consumers to have confidence in the products they purchase and the customer service that backs them up.
I look forward to a prompt response and a fair solution to this matter.

Supplied full Computer, though refurbisher, the set is as good as new and is worth the price. It was loaded with a Wundows 10 pro licensed copy which is a big plus for long term.
