I was not disappointed. System works well. Value for money.
Only problem was mouse was not working, the seller promised me that they would replace the mouse, which they never did,

Purchased this system a few months ago assuming it would help me with basic inventory management and I would not have to spent a lot on a high spec system. Unfortunately, newjaisa sent me a defective / old system with a sham warranty
1. Old components were used, the monitor was 7 years old with scratches on top and a very bad resolution, the hard disk was dated as well
2. The system took forever to start – on discussing with NewJaisa team, they reviewed with anydesk and reinstalled the OS and said that their system is fine but the issue was not resolved and I had to spent 4K to fix the system and purchase a new hard drive. The speed issue was largely resolved
3. Within a few weeks, the CPU shut down and their team now cites that it is out of warranty as I got it repaired elsewhere
Regret my decision to buy from them, do not make the same mistake

Unfortunatey i wasted my time getting the machine set up, downloading software etc before the fault came to light – in my case it was the shift key did not function so I was unable to get up simple characters, such as punctuation points.
Amazon offered to replace the product but I have no faith in the testing system Amazon uses for refurbished products. What other faults might they also have missed? When they send me a new one how do I know it won’t also have issues?
Selling second hand computers at a premium price (which is what these refurbished products are) requires Amazon to put effort and time into ensuring each product is properly tested to a high standard. That Amazon failed on such a basic low hurdle, tells me they don’t pay care and attention to their refurbished products.
Amazon has wasted my time with this product. My time continues to be wasted by the hoops I have to jump through to get a refund, to return the product, to uninstall and remove my credentials from the product. Amazon offers no compensation for this wasted time, just an apology from the person trying their best on the helpline.

Received the product today, installed it and it is working good. All the accessories are unbranded but working nice. monitor plug is loose somehow at certain position it works, indeed it is loose fit. CPU, Monitor and Mouse from Lenovo. Although not checked but camera is from KFD and speakers manufactured by Zebronics, these are new not renewed.
On completion of registration process antivirus is complementary for one year. That’s great.
Overall I am quite satisfied with the deal brought by Amazon and Seller , may give another review after using the product couple of months.
After 4 days of use – it is operating absolutely fine. Today seller provided me key of McAfee . Unfortunately as I stated earlier ( as communicated to me as well ) the subscription is not for 1 year , it is only for 270 days.

Never before came across such a great seller. The seller called me before shipping the item to inform all the details once again. After that everytime I called the seller for whatever was my concern was promptly answered. Everything seems transparent and trustworthy about the seller. In my case the item shipped was fine but the power button wasn’t functioning well. When I informed the seller he immediately arranged an Engineer- that too on a Sunday on these Covid Days!! The problem seemed to be a tiny one as it was just a lose connection issue which was resolved immediately. This gave me the confidence that even if a bigger issue was to come by- I really don’t have to bother much as the seller is just a call away – Way better than the standard call centres of companies like HP / Lenevo etc. Last but not the least- my special thanks to Mr Subhash who personally took care to see the issue was resolved.
Coming to the product – you get much more than what you can expect!! It does not look used too much. It is i5, with 8 gb and windows pro installed- as for office- well never expected what I got! I am so happy!
Why do you need to pay more to get less now – when you have a product like this and with a seller so good- you can blindly buy it!
