I purchased this computer for my daughter to use both for personal tasks and school projects. It arrived well-packaged, with clear instructions for setup and warranty registration. The setup process was quick and straightforward. Although I was initially concerned about the Linux operating system, my daughter adapted to it with ease. The performance has been impressive so far—it boots quickly, loads web pages fast, and handles multiple Chrome tabs and windows without any lag. She primarily uses it for browsing, and it serves that purpose exceptionally well. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this purchase. It offers excellent value for the price, delivering a desktop experience at a cost lower than many tablets.

I have more than a decade of experience with computers and I can safely say this is one of the most powerful cost-effective mini PCs on the market. I have previously used the Intel NUC (worth around 13K) but that is sadly no longer available.
Pros:
1. Overall performance matches a mid-range laptop costing around 60K
2. Display is very good and supports full HD screens and smooth HD video playback
3. Sound has been tested and works fine
4. There are 4 USB ports, so you can connect your devices directly and hub is optional
5. Mouse, keyboard, hubs have been tested and work OK
6. Default OS is a fork of Linux Mint, so all Linux Mint applications and app store works by default
7. Wifi and Wired ethernet worked fine [Bluetooth could not connect to my BT speakers]
8. NVIDIA display drivers were able to be installed via the Linux Mint startup wizard
9. SSD installed by default
Cons:
1. No active cooling (no fan). But after using for around 8 hours a day, there is not much heat so it appears to be okay.
2. Windows is not the default OS
Uses:
1. Works fine for business use / office setup / front desk
2. Fine for software development (VS Code, etc)
3. Not portable like a laptop, so its better used for a fixed desk setup

I have been using this for more than a month now and it has been working really well. No lag . I have been using it for coding and other IT work and it has been a very good experience. They also provide a warranty of 3 years.

Pros: It is smooth.
Cons: In their operating system, very few apps work. Gmail is not working.
Installed windows but sound is missing and unable to find sound driver over internet.
Yes it is compact, good wifi, looks good, but it is not good for work purposes. Material is plastic so less sturdy.
Update: The sound card got busted in 2 months so now i had to purchase external one to use this crap pc.

I’m using this for almost a month now without any hassel. It’s own OS though a bit different than windows, suffice most of the requirements. It uses Liberoffice very similar to MS office. The compact and light weight design helps to fit it in small spaces adding overall ascthetic. Overall Satisfied with the performance.

It is a lightweight portable mini desktop pc. Fast and purposeful, good for general and browser based work. Moreover it is more affordable than other pc in market . 5 star rated because of affordable and 3 year warranty.
Facing some problems due to Linux environment new for me. New application uses and installation of new applications.
