Il pc, anche quando dotato di un SSD, emette un ronzio insopportabile (coil whine). Ho gia’ richiesto una sostituzione ma anche questo secondo PC ha lo stesso problema: non si puo’ usare in un ambiente silenzioso senza venirne infastiditi.
Sto pensando di fare il reso e rinunciare con Zotac.

Ich verwende ihn mit Windows 10 als Thin-Client in VESA-Montage an HD-Monitor. Arbeitet seit mehreren Jahren zuverlässig und geräuschlos.

Da wahr ich wohl etwas zu Gutgläubig. Dachte ich könnte damit VMWare Hypervisor betreiben, aber nein die Art von Netzwerkkarten werden nicht unterstützt. Jetzt habe ich Proxmox drauf und es rennt. Leider geht offiziell nur 16GB RAM rein – für eine VM etwas wenig, aber reicht so. Hab eine Crucial SSD drinnen.
Mein Energiezähler zeigt 10 bis 12 W an.
Leistung ist bis jetzt ausreichend, habe OpnSense, einen Fileserver und Nextcloud laufen. Nextcloud nutzt den SD Kartenslot als Speicher.
Wenn das Ding jetzt noch 15 Jahre durchhält dann wäre ich zufrieden.
