My product is defective. It is restart automatically while in use. Worst experience from Amazon and new jaisa. No support provided by Amazon and new jaisa. I have contacted many times but my issue didn’t resolve. My whole money wasted. Never buy from Amazon and new jaisa.

first thing is not provided all cables, just given only power code. graphics issue in the monitor. no warranty as mentioned 6 month. they will not support until the return the product date. then we have no option to return the product. very bad customer support. one person will tell call and message to another number.. if we told the issue they will ask screenshot or something.. after will not respond anything.. I really fed-up also i have lost above 12k
