The media could not be loaded.
I afraid to buy refurbished product. But this CPU is in very good conditions. And the installed soft ware like Windows 10 and MS office all are working nicely. Affordable and excellent.

I purchased this in August 2020. From the begining itself the system some time fails to turn on. I complained to the seller. He arranged a local person to check the reason. He inspected it and said the smps have problem. This was informed to seller. But he said that he need a photograph of the smps. But I cannot do it myself. So the system continued to work on a fifty fifty basis. Some times turn on sometimes not. Now it completely stopped working. I called a local engineer who said the complaint is not of the SMPS but the mother board. I made a complaint on Lenovo portal. They gave a ticket number. Nothing else happened.
Also after few months the MS word and excel began to show that there is a licence issue. The seller said it is genuine. In the system or any where else I cannot find a thing to show or regularise the licence.
I also felt it strange why they insisted for the photograph of the full smps. I have send the part of it with label. But I fear to open more and disconnect the connectors etc.
So no support from seller or the manufacturer Lenovo. Trying alternatives to set it right on payment basis

It looks like original and not refurbished. It is performing very well amd even the outsiders are unable to distinguish that it is refurbished amd not original .
Amazon Customer –
The product is good with certain drawbacks. 1. There is no CD Drive and hence it is impossible for reading or writing CDs. 2. Windows is not genuine and the system requires Activation Code that is not there in the label. 3. Gaming is not at all possible. 4. Seller’s ID is fake and not able to get in contact with.

I purchased the item as per amazon seller warranty 6 month. After 10 days i used my cd drive but it is defective. I talk with amazon customer care the told me call to lenovo customer care if they are denied then denied mail screen shot sent to amazon i also submit the denied mail screen shot to amazon and talk with him they told me i forward the case to my concern team after 5 to 6 days we will return the cpu and refund your amount. After 6 days again i call to amazon customer care in that time They told me u call seller i call to seller they totally denied. Again i talk to amazon customer care they told me you wrote a question thereafter Seller give you reply If they not gave you reply through mail we will process refund at your account. I got lots of problem without cd drive please resolve my problem

I was looking forward to upgrade my old PC, But it was bit difficult to source the parts as we were in lockdown , i found buying this Renewed desktop make sense , the desktop was delivered as expected , Packing was good , It was a plug & play desktop with Win 10 & MS office . The performance was good . Have to buy WIFI , Bluetooth adapter as it does not have same in build , Also it has the VGA & Displayport no HDMI . Anyway its a value for money , Hope it will last long .
