Bought brand new laptop but the Company (hp) has given warranty for only 5 months instead of normal warranty of one year. My repeated requests to the Company to explain the reasons fell on deaf ears. Pathetic customer support service.

Its design looks very good, it is made of metal, it is quite strong, if we talk about the display, it is very good, 4K video plays very easily in it but the sound volume is low Battery backup with Internet lasts for 5 to 6 hours

I really don’t want to give even one star for this. I had ordered this product from Amazon and got a defective product and also got an invoice without serial number of the laptop mentioned on it and now I am not able to claim warranty nor able to get support from the Amazon has they are rejecting to give the revised invoice. Please don’t order electronics from Amazon even and fall for the trap like this.
