The product had graphic card issues since day one. The return period expired within 3 days of receipt of the product, since then we are running pillar to post to get the product rectified but no solution is forthcoming.
Please be aware of Lenovo before buying. If Apple product is within warranty they will replace no questions asked, if Lenovo product you buy and within 3 days it cannot be replaced and you have to pay thousands for repairing if at all repairable. Please do your self favour and do not buy Lenovo on Amazon
I do not know who will now pay me for a product which even refuses to switch on

Decent for the price but my touch malfunctioned just after 2 months after the purchase. Although they (Lenovo) repaired it for free at my house but still it was scary that touch was not working just after 2 months of purchase and replacement cost of display is 17,000/- Indian Rupees in Delhi, India. Overall it is a good product under 60,000/- Indian Rupees.

No issues so far. Plus point is that it came with a 3month xbox free game pass. It ran doom eternal, fallout 4, serious sam 4 we’ll with no lag. So it’s a powerful laptop too. Has all the office apps unlimited validity. Ram and processor speed is also good. Display is good. I never use the touch screen but that’s good too.

This is a very good laptop with touchscreen and Ryzen5/16GB/512GB configuration. It serves almost all of your daily working requirements.
The delivery was at great speed – received it 3 days ahead of scheduled.

After setting up the laptop, Microsoft Office is not getting activated.
When I connect with Microsoft team, they said they need a proper and updated invoice displaying Office Home and Student 2021. But in the invoice which I bought from here is displaying only Office 2021.
When I contacted Amazon Customer support team, they said once order created and invoice generated, invoice cannot be EDITED it seems.
So, Amazon team DECLINED to provide updated invoice with Office Home and Student 2021.
Because of this Microsoft Customer Support team DECLINED / REJECTED to activate the license.
So, it is already 20 days after the laptop purchase, still the issue is not resolved.
Very frustrating…
Better please inform the amazon team before invoice generation if anyone wants to buy to include these details properly. otherwise you guys also will face the same issue like me.
