It has been 4 years with thing laptop (i3 12th gen version) and to overall product is fine, but the thing is ki touchscreen to use hi nahi aati zadatar,
I believe using an external monitor with a laptop is better than having a touchscreen laptop kyuki at the end of the day laptop ki khud ki screen kaafi choti hai and you would need a monitor for long sessions like classes and projects.

Really a bad experience with Amazon. I got a two year old laptop with 0 day warranty. As the laptop is very old the warranty also void in September 2024 and i recived it on 13 May 2025. I am trying to contact Amazon/Lenovo for last 10 days to get one year warranty as per their specification but nobody is helping out. They are Just replying product Okk and passing on the call to. I am unable to use the laptop as it have no warranty. I got cheated so be careful when you purchase Laptop from Amazon. They are clearing old stocks. I got one of that.
