This laptop model has camera issues. I’ve premium care support and they replaced it’s camera twice.
Heating issues, suppose if I forgot to turn PC off, the CPU will keep working but fan stops working… Due to this it get’s highly heated.. I had to put it in refrigerator to cool down immediately and also I’ve placed it in front of AC for immediate cooling.. Support team checked many times and they say every report is ok.
Apart from that it’s a good machine for light workloads. Get’s heated if used longer time.. al

This product was very disturbing. I bought this product april 2025. In between next two months I need to change the camera, Now i faces the issue with blue screen. Buying only this product from lanovo store don’t buying any online application.
