Clicking and sound problem, Wireless connectivity concern. Warranty 3 year at time of purchase and now its showing 22 months after purchase.
Put up for replacement/return but amazon redirect it to online solution, no call received for solving this. Poor services from Amazon and faulty product delivered by Seller.

After using this laptop for 7 months, I found there are small cracks near the hinges. Disappointed…with build quality….
Even after purchasing the laptop my screen got cracked but because of ADP ( accidental damage protection) I got my screen replaced within a week..

My last laptop was an acer predator 300… And that battery life SUCKED. Like 3 hours of battery on moderate usage. Which deteriorated to under 2 hours over time. This laptop is thankfully better than that, and can get like 8 hours of battery life for normal usage. It’s great for media consumption and reading manga. The keyboard is actually pretty good. The keys are clicky, well spaced and large. I loved the keyboard instantly. except the arrow keys… They should’ve givena full sized up and down. Another design flaw imo is that both charging ports/usb c ports are on the left side. They should be in opposite sides so you can charge from either side.
The display is amazing but it’s not very bright. I have to keep it at 76% indoors. But it can get extremely dim so it doesn’t sting your eyes in night time. But one thing that’s REALLY bright is the backlit. It’s unreasonably bright. Backlit is useful in nighttime and you can’t keep that on in the dark. It also reflects on screen (look at the second image). You should get an anti glare screen gaurd if you’re planning to buy this laptop. It’s glossy and extremely prone to fingerprints. This isn’t a full on tech review but I just want to say the things that stood out for me when I actually used this thing which I wouldn’t have thought otherwise

Purchased one…within 24 hrs track pad stopped working twice…..seems it is a known issue.
Heats up like mad even while editing a word document. Can not be used on lap…. Hot air will almost burn you.
Do not buy.
