Fantastic Product – This is my first Gaming Laptop and I liked overall performance of the product. Would like to highlight few key features as below:
Quality – Superb Build Quality
Battery Performance – Great
Packaging – Green Packaging

Works great after 850hrs(500 gaming) use.
Games work mostly fine. Avg Fps on MOST newer games at High setting is 30-60. After 2-3 hrs of continuous gaming the Cpu temps reach 95°C, Gpu temps 75-80°C.
Thermal paste used is of cheap quality.
Display quality is good.
Battery lasts for at max 4hrs with battery saver on.

I got this laptop on 7th june 2024 and it stopped working just after 6 days. I have logged complaint to ACER SUPPORT. They are not ready to help, they always repeat same line “your issue is in progress”. Its already been 60 days and there is no action on this rubbish products of this rubbish company.
My advice is to pay 2-3k extra and get a good brand product.
Otherwise you will regret like me. I will file a consumer court complaint against them.

Great product but i recommend the ryzen version if gaming is your priority…
The only thing that annoys me is the fan sound while gaming which we can customise… The FPS is also pretty amazing with the charger ON.. I’ve played Forza Horizon ,Valorant & PUBG & it was good

After receiving the product, first day worked fine but second day onwards touch pad is not working. I used external mouse for work. This laptop touch pad is working. The Touch pad driver I2C is not installed properly. When I installed acer external touch pad drivers still the problem is not resolved.
I contacted with acer customer care but those guys also didn’t solved my problem.
Worst laptop and I don’t recommend this laptop, drivers are not installed properly.
So I decided to return this product

The CPU and GPU thermal throttle immediately on heavy loads like gaming. Decent and compact laptop for general use and light gaming, but then the price is harder to justify at 66k (for i5 13420h and RTX 3050 6GB). I’m using it in low power profile to manage heat.
