PACKAGING OF THE PRODUCT WAS EXCELLENT THANKS TO SELLER AND FLIPKART, PRODUCT IS ALSO GOOD I WAS HAVING SOME PROBLEM EITH HEATING ISSUE BUT BUT THEN I REINSTALLED N-VIDIA GEFORCE APP AND UPDATED MY GRAPHICS DRIVERS WITH CLEAN INSTALL AND THEN EVERYTHING WORKS FINE. I ALSO DID WINDOWS UPDATE AND UPDATED PREDATOR SENSE SOFTWARE… OVERALL PRODUCT IS GOOD.

Software pros :
-windows update takes care of every driver update and windows store takes care of all software updates.
– Advanced optimus automatically switches between Intel uhd and rtx 4070 as required
Software bugs : Predator sense app can get stuck in a bugged state and RGB and performance profiles does not work correctly until restart (UPDATE: latest predator sense has fixed this issue)
Cons: Speakers lack bass, charger brick weighs almost much as the laptop
Rest of the device is top notch , temp in performance mode stayed under 80 for GPU and CPU after long gaming session.

As I’m casual gamer and probably played all AAA title games, this computer have several issues like screen freezing when switch between Intel gpu to Nvidia gpu and it take approx 2-3 minute to behave normal. Also it’s temperature reaches above 95 degree when playing and game on ultra setting with using of cooling pad. Now come to sound its sound quality is flickring when you watch video through YouTube otherwise there is no issue. Yes this is the best in segment but I don’t know whether acer compromise its hardware quality or not.
