Great value at this price range , smooth operation and great finish. Keyboard can be improved as the buttons are mushy but ok to operate. Screen looks great. Battery backup around 2 – 2.5 hrs based of the usage.

Don’t buy it. And specially from Amazon don’t purchase anything costly product, because if there is any fault this people will only ask you follow policy and at the end not provide proper product, as their third party seller or carrier confirm all false information with them. Amazon will not try also to validate details with Customer who paid for that product. I’m prime customer for Amazon, I purchased this laptop however mouse pad was not working, requested service, that also not turned up properly, as per their guidance followed all policy and procedures and raised return as replacement option was not there, however no one came to pickup, and Amazon got confirmation from their third party carrier and investigation team that they connected with customer and no issues with laptop so no return or replacement. I’m purchasing product and I need to follow up with Amazon’s third party seller or other service providers. Basically Amazon and it’s third party seller covered timelines of return and replacement option to say we tried and my timeline for return and refund is over now. When check with Amazon, their leader Garima, Nabila, they mentioned Amazon followed all procedure and now as per that I don’t have any option. The Customer service team is really pathetic, and set up of Amazon is also getting worst, because now a days all these third party seller not providing proper service or product and Amazon is least bothered about it because they already their money.

I bought this laptop 1 month ago. I felt this is a very good laptop for this price range. I changed OS to Ubuntu 24.04 LTS (Linux). Ubuntu is working well in this laptop. Very smooth and fast. I felt a premium feel on this laptop. It is built using metal body. Proper weight and 15.6 inch size.
Sound quality, microphone quality and camera quality is average. But I think this is very common in this price range.
I initially faced a problem after booting Ubuntu is we can’t control the backlit keyboard. But I changed a line in GRUB file now I can change the colors, toggle, decrease/increase the brightness of the keyboard backlit using Fn key.
Bluetooth is not working in this laptop in Linux. I bought a dongle and plugged, now it is working well.
Anyways, I am 100% satisfied with this product.

Keyboard colour is not dynamic but only static. Although it is multicolor. It means it glows only one colour at a time.

First, let me say this this may be the best laptop in this price range. Screen looks good. Camera good. Built quality is sturdy. Fast.
Though the fan sound can be heard it is not that problematic. Sound quality is average. The keyboards can be a bit more sturdier.
Overall a good product for daily office use and for educational and entertainment purpose.
The battery life is around 2.5 – 3 hours. Acceptable in this price range.
