Lo he comprado para que mi hija de 14 años haga todas las tareas del instituto y estoy francamente sorprendido de su rendimiento. Para ofimática, ver pelis , escuchar música va muy bien, para juegos punteros se queda pequeño. Es pequeño, bonito ,ligero y la batería le dura bastante. Arranca rápido, no hace casi ruido y no se caliente mucho a pesar de no tener ranuras de refrigeración. Trae un Windows 11, que casi su licencia ya vale lo que cuesta el portátil. No se como lo han hecho para dar un PC funcional al precio de un Chromebook, pero lo han hecho. Por lo que cuesta, no le encuentro peros.

I read a lot of reviews about this laptop, so I was aware that it would be slow and that there would be a heating problem, which is understandable given its low price. You can’t expect it to perform like a laptop that costs 50,000 INR. I did face issues: it is slow, it heats up a little on the left side of the keyboard, the battery backup is not good, and there is problem while watching videos. I bought it because I wanted to use it for browsing and occasionally using MS Office.
After 12 days of usage, I received an update, and when I tried to install it, the laptop wouldn’t turn on. I’m lucky that this happened before the expiration of the replacement period.
I would suggest everyone to buy branded laptops, even if they don’t have Windows 11 or powerful processors and RAM. For 12 days, it worked fine, though it wasn’t on par with an i5 or better processors. If I compare it with my 9 years old I5 5th generation laptop then more or less both are same.
Apart from the product another worst thing is the delivery which takes 1 week. Don’t be under the assumption that we get Amazon’s product before expected date.
I faced the same issue even after getting replacement. This is totally a useless product. If you can use it without updating you can take a risk of buying.

I was delivered a used product! Even the user account was not properly logged out and most of the third party software installed.
Other wise build quality is as cheapest it could be . With 8gb ram and configuration provided you won’t expect a sensible speed and performance . In one line its a cheapest possible laptop both in price and quality

Chuwi laptops offer excellent value for budget-conscious buyers. Acquistai il CHUWI HeroBook Pro ben tre anni fa, attratto dal suo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Ora, dopo averlo utilizzato quotidianamente per lo studio, il lavoro e l’intrattenimento, desidero condividere la mia esperienza a lungo termine con questo notebook.
Il design è rimasto elegante e moderno nel tempo, e la tastiera è ancora confortevole da utilizzare. Le prestazioni sono rimaste stabili, nonostante l’età del dispositivo. L’unica pecca che ho riscontrato è un leggero rallentamento nell’apertura di alcuni programmi più pesanti, ma nulla di inaspettato considerando l’hardware.
In conclusione, il CHUWI HeroBook Pro si è dimostrato un ottimo acquisto. Dopo tre anni di utilizzo intenso, posso affermare che è un notebook affidabile e performante per le attività quotidiane. Se cercate un notebook economico e versatile, lo consiglio vivamente.

Necesitaba un pc para instalar Office 2016 pero no tengo mucho espacio en casa así que opté por un portátil. Como digo, era para instalar versiones antiguas de Office 2016, nada de gaming o edición, así que no necesitaba ningún pepino y quería gastarme lo justo.
Después de buscar en bastantes tiendas físicas, llegué a Amazon y vi esta marca, Chuwi, que no tiene malas valoraciones, la calidad-precio parece buena y tenía un descuento de un 15%, así que lo compré y de momento genial.
En varios comentarios vi que no tenía Ñ, y no es cierto, lleva 3 teclados adaptables, uno con ñ, otro juraría que es alemán, el otro creo que francés y el otro no lo sé realmente pero lo importante, lleva Ñ.
El portátil es color plateado, para el precio que tiene no parece demasiado plastiquete y tiene Usbs a ambos lados, salida hdmi, auricular y ranura para micro sd. Echo en falta una toma para Ethernet, pero es muy fino.
No entiendo mucho de procesador ni de características específicas pero veo que va rápido, arranca rápido, las apps se abren bien, y la conectividad tanto por Wifi como por Bluetooth va genial.
Ya he instalado el Office 16, que era lo que interesaba, así como varias apps que no trae, ya que viene con Windows 10, como Chrome, y funciona todo con fluidez.
El uso que le voy a dar es doméstico, simple ofimática casera pero aún así he querido probar como va a la hora de ver películas o series y aguanta bien películas de 1080p, la pantalla se ve bien y el audio es bueno. La calidad de la pantalla está bien, la imagen en las series y películas que he probado es buena.
La duración de la batería está en torno a las 5-6 horas y la carga en unas 2 horas. Imagino que es lo normal, no estoy muy seguro, pero mi idea es utilizarlo conectado.
Imagino que con el tiempo se irá ralentizando al actualizar las apps y demás, pero precisamente por eso no quería gastarme ni 1000 euros ni 500, porque los caros también se quedan atrasados.
En definitiva, considero que para el uso que le estoy dando y que le voy a dar es una muy buena compra.

Ich habe einen einfachen Laptop für zu Hause und unterwegs gesucht. Ich nutze ihn überwiegend zum surfen, E-Mail schreiben und einfache Office Anwendungen. Ab und zu ein Video oder Film sollte er auch ohne Probleme abspielen können.
Aufgrund des Preises habe ich mich für das Herobook von Chuwi entschieden.
Der Laptop kam gut verpackt an und ich konnte sofort starten. Die Installation ging kinderleicht (kenne mich mit Technik nicht besonders gut aus). Der Computer spricht mit einem und führt so durch alle nötigen Einstellungen.
Positiv:
Der Bildschirm macht für mich und meine Ansprüche einen guten Eindruck. Die Farben sind satt und hell. Es gibt auch keine dunklen Flecken o.ä.
Das Trackpad funktioniert bei mir auch reibungslos und leichtgängig. Kann keine Verzögerung feststellen, wie hier manche berichten.
Skeptisch gegenüber der Tastaturauflage war ich auch aber sie ist gut verarbeitet und liegt perfekt drauf. Es gibt kein verrutschen und schon nach kurzer Zeit bemerkt man sie gar nicht mehr.
Internetseiten und Programme öffnet er schnell.
Der Laptop macht für den Preis auch optisch einen guten Eindruck. Er ist extrem leicht und leise. War mir besonders wichtig für Reisen.
Negativ:
Der Kartenslot ist nur für eine Micro SD Karte geeignet und diese lässt sich nur sehr schwer wieder rausholen. Aber mit einem Adapter alles kein Problem.
Es gibt kein vollwertiges Office Paket (öffnet Dateien nur mit Internetverbindung im Webbrowser). Aber das kann man bei dem Preis sicherlich nicht erwarten.
Videos von einer GoPro konnte er nicht ohne zu stocken abspielen.
Fazit:
Man darf natürlich keine Erwartungen wie an einen Apple oder Ähnliches haben. Aber für den Preis bekommt man ein solides Produkt was die gängigen Anwendungen abdeckt. Besonders das Gewicht und die schnelle Verarbeitung hat mich überzeugt.

Loved the built quality of the laptop. The screen is perfect and the packaging is amazing. I would recommend for basic use – Internet, MS office, Emails, youtube etc.
Please don’t buy if you are a gamer and if you need heavy usage. The camera is great and it’s value for money. Battery life is good and the display screen is very well. Sound is nice too. Functionality wise it would perform less than an i3 but it’s good.
