I bought this laptop on Aug 2023. It’s not even one and half year, I have already started facing issues. Suddenly one day, laptop got shutdown and was not able to power it up. Then, I went to dell authorized service center “Laptop Store” @ Electronics City Phase-1 Bangalore. They did inspect and said, both power IC and SSD got corrupted. It got replaced with the cost of 7500 rs. In addition, because SSD got corrupted, I lost all my personal data stored. I wonder what quality of chips are integrated into the laptop which stop functioning within 1 and half year. So, please don’t buy this product and spend extra money for the repair.

The thing which I most like about this laptop is that it’s a “real” laptop, in a sense that it’s lightweight and can be carried around easily. Large and heavy laptops defeat the main purpose of having a laptop. This laptop has very good speed and a compact form factor. Very good for routine office work and casual surfing. I don’t know if this model is suitable for heavy graphics and games as I haven’t tried .
