This dell laptop heats up too much while using even basic functions such as ms office. Disappointed. USB and Audio jacks are way too away making it uncomfortable if u have short wires for earpiece and USB devices such as mouse, keyboard, etc do not understand who in dell is experimenting with the architecture of dell devices. Dell laptops used to be sturdier and these days dell has weak body than hp. Charger provided is not from dell and is very substandard and cheap, not sure about longevity of charger cable. Dell used to provide its own brand charger but now no original charger, doubt that seller kept the original and supplied the fake one. Will keep all posted as more input creeps up about this model while using.

Good laptop. Instalation took about 30 minutes and setting up of office 2021 is only thing required. Boots fast within 25 seconds and the new OS and office 2021 combination works great. You do not need any more apps to do your daily work and school activity.

All specifications is wells but laptop body is weak. After some time i observed dent marks in keyboard all side face due to display outer frame.
@Dell need tobe fix this issue for further models.

Don’t waste your money on this laptop you can see others review dell support service like a ..**..* hinge got losse if you open and close 4-5 time in a day performance is too poor cpu always 100% ram 90% with no background app total waste of money bast laptop is honour laptop I play ff on it gives only 25- 29 fps ….**.* With a power gaming mode😂 .. and it’s super flexy keyboard don’t say curveable than tawa and heating upto 90degree
