There is no laptop bag with this order but when we go to the market to buy a laptop they give that company’s laptop bag also with the same pricing. Hope I will get one.

I have ordered this product in January 2023 during Amazon Sales but after the sale price was dropped. I don’t know whom to blame for this price game Amazon or seller. This Laptop is not for gaming purpose however good enough for office purpose. MS Office some times get hanged. No backlit and No ethernet port is major drawback of the product. Dell should work on it.

I am writing this review after almost 1.5 years of using the laptop.
I had purchased this product in May 2023 from Amazon and this is what happened in August 2023, fortunately, the laptop was in the warranty period, so Dell team repaired it with no extra charges. However, I am facing similar issue again in September 2024. I believe, that the product’s hardware quality is extremely low resulting in such damages.
Battery drains very fast.
You have to frequently keep updating the software/ internal programs or else they will malfunction
In terms of other performance its good, it doesn’t hang. but of you are looking for a durable laptop this is not the one to be chosen.

The same problem arised again and this the second time in 1.5 years that it has happened the same hinge and screen broke.
