There is a constant Fan noise coming from the system, even if we don’t open any app. Went to dell service, contacted online support and in person support, all of them said its how the laptop is designed.
Why should i pay 57k and listen to the constant noise always?
Also the Dell exclusive store – Thuraipakkam – Chennai, said since this is bought on 3rd party (Amazon) they cant do any help on it.
Amazon said since they are only a platform they wont do a return or replacement.

The laptop is overall good and it gives best performance,good for daily uses also.go for it & don’t buy it from online cuz you didn’t get any product key for MS activation go to offline stores for buying,just understand why I’m saying this.

The battery life is pathetic. Charge went down from 70% to 55% in 10 mins when in idle. Also, 55% battery gives only 55mins backup.
There is no option for thunderbolt charging. So you can’t charge your laptop while connecting it to an external monitor, you have to use the charger as well. You can’t connect to external monitor using type C which is common in all new laptop.
Apart from that, things are working smooth.

Good laptop for professional user and light weight you don’t even feel that you carried a laptop in your bag. SSD is powerfull so bootup time is around 10 to 12 seconds. Silver color feels like premium. Value for money.
