System Freezing. Please don’t buy this product. Performance is good. Dell technical team also unable to resolve the freezing issue. This product is not value for money.

After 15 days of use, heating and mouse becomes unresponsive and doing strange behaviour. I think maybe it is some driver related issue later update it. But no improvement. Made complaint but parts unavailable. Further no response from customer care. Customer care executive not interested to talk. After multiple times try, one of executive said that parts to be available on November 5, 2023. Till time no use of laptop 😑. Very unprofessional response from Dell India.
Suggest not to buy laptop from Dell.

The laptop box including Dell Label shows it’s a Refurbished laptop. However the description of Item on Amazon does not have any mention of Refurbished laptop.
The laptop specs is good, it’s fast a little heavy and compact
