From the time we have buyed the product we are in tension only ..we have purchased the product in July 24 and we have gone three time to service center since it always get switch off and not getting on …whenever we go to service center they tell it is moisture problem …this laptop is purchased for student for whom college project is required to do ….and unable to visit service center frequently …it is very disturbing .
