Battery back up is not good. While purchasing nowhere I got any such information except fast charging. I think maximum backup is 2 hr which May go worst in next 1 year. Pathetic experience is it will show 19% remain please plug in charger and within 1 minute it will show 8% then screen off.
Keyboard letter are in thin line on white key. Always struggling with finding keys. I had to rewrite using marker pen. They could have given black letter key. In attached photo some alphabet I have marked using marker . Some letter like top row number and alt keys are not marked in marker so their visibility are very less.

Pros:
1. Good performance, hardly felt any lags for normal office usage
2. Quick boot time
3. Good display and sound

I bought this hp laptop 1 month back and after it’s return period was over, it was showing all the issues. It wasn’t working at all. It’s a scrap and sold to customers in new prices. Worst performance, worst quality, heating issues, mother board issues, screen issues, battery issues in the first month itself. Total waste of money and time. Disgusting!! I will complain in consumer forum about hp as well as Amazon for fooling around, fraud and selling scrap item at new laptop prices.
