Performance and Touch Screen (Model 2041TU) is excellent and the metal body gives a premium look. Battery is not that great, but not bad. Value for money in this price range.

Purchased this on the 23rd of December 2024, and after maybe 5 days of use (as I was travelling, I did not have it with me 26-30th Dec), it completely stopped working by the 1st of Jan 2025. Conveniently, as the amazon last date for return was the 1st, I reached out to HP to get help. I was due to leave the country on the 13th of Jan, and so I made it incredibly clear that this was a very very urgent issue that I needed resolved as soon as possible.
Instead of urgency, I faced what I can only describe as the slowest, most difficult case of customer support I have ever received:
– delayed technicians arriving (filed complaint on 2nd jan via HP WhatsApp support chat, a technician came home on the 6th of jan)
– needed a laptop box for a replacement to occur (which took an extra day – don’t throw it away!!)
– basically getting a call every morning to tell me they will call when there is an update (the update was that it my case is being processed. every day. for weeks)
– the most frustrating customer service that felt like I was talking to a wall (told them I could not pick up calls after the 13th of jan as I would be abroad, only for them to call me every single morning 5-7am UK time no matter how many times I emailed them stating this and even providing alternative options) (the call was simply to tell me the case IS BEING PROCESSED)
– coupled with miserably slow case processing processing
I left the country with no laptop, no time to replace the item, and no refund.
They finally picked up the item around the 24th of Jan, and only then did I get confirmation that a refund would be processed.
It has hands down been the most frustrating, upsetting purchase I have made with both Amazon and HP, and I cannot recommend skipping this headache more.

Keys and touch pad makes a lot of noise. Touchpad poorly placed making it difficult to type and use the touch pad at the same time. Touch screen is good. The look and feel of the product is not up to the mark, at first iI felt that this may be a duplicate item and thought of returning it without booting.

The 16GB ram helps a lot. It doesn’t lags and the office works run smoothly. The fingerprint sensor is fast and secure. Only thing that could have been better is the battery back up. With a Google meet or Zoom meeting it hardly lasts around 2 hours.
Other than that the sound quality, weight is perfect and the laptop looks really good. Happy with its performance.

I bought this laptop last month due to work I am not much used this laptop last one week I started using this laptop suddenly today I got malfunction it’s very difficult to use when I was using its automatically turned off so before buying this laptop please refer hp services and buy, as of now I am not getting any support from hp I reviewed after 6 hours of the start of malfunction.
