Laptop was packed perfectly.
In this heavy rain, they delivered it in a car so that’s a quality service. Product looks amazing. I just received it so I will edit this product review in a week. Great work amazon and the seller as well.
After a week of use:
* display is awesome.
* battery life is between 3 to 4 hrs. I played a 3.5hr video and full brightness and back lit was on as well and it played out completely. So if we dim the brightness and if someone is doing application based work then it can stretch more than 4hrs.
* battery charging is fast as well. Within 1hr it charges more than 60%.
*hinges are good as well.
*laptop finishing is brilliant. So really take good care of surface.
*laptop will come with pre installed win 11 home and word ,excel,PowerPoint apps are already there and a few lenovo based app. There is no lag in OS.
*keyboard is very smooth.
So, over all its a wonderfull laptop. Enjoy…
