I recently bought the Lenovo V14 G4 (2024) and I’m very satisfied with its performance, build quality, and design. This model is part of Lenovo’s business series, usually produced in bulk for corporations (e.g., 1000-2000 pieces). Mine is unit number 829 of a 2000-piece batch, and the build quality feels premium, comparable to a ₹38,000-₹40,000 product.
I received a box-open product sealed with Lenovo-branded cello tape, but the laptop itself was unused and in perfect condition. Initially, the warranty showed as starting 4 months earlier, but I was able to update the purchase date online, and now the warranty reflects the correct start date.
One issue I noticed is that the serial number on the bill does not match the serial number on the laptop. I am unsure if this will affect warranty claims or other services in the future. It would be helpful if the seller could clarify this discrepancy.
Additionally, while the listing mentioned Windows 11 Professional, the laptop came with Windows 11 Home. However, MS Office 2021 (Student Edition) was included as promised.
In terms of performance, the AMD Ryzen 3 7320U, 8GB RAM, and 512GB SSD ensure fast and smooth operation for daily tasks. The 14-inch FHD display is sharp and clear, and the laptop is lightweight (1.47 kg)—making it portable and user-friendly. My wife loves using it for her office work and finds it easy to carry.

Got at 25505rs . In my unit sound problem occurred. When I turned on again My laptop after closing hinge. Sound not comes. Then I update my driver now there is no sound problem
