First time went for refurbished product skeptical though at first but it works smoothly. Customer support is Also easily reachable so makes it even more must buy. Happy with the purchase

Good product at affordable price but power backup Is not working properly never reflact low battery pop-ups and some Times getting switched off while battery percentage shows 35%. Another problem is tha with adaptor charging shows higher and with removing it reduced significantly.
