The product is absolutely reliable and one need not hold any doubt on its utility. In my case the laptop would not switch on on arrival, I approached Edify and the product was picked up in 24 hours. The product was returned to me in 5 days after replacement of the battery. It’s been a few months now and I am using it Delightedly. It is an ideal product for students who perforce have to purchase one during their scholastic days prior to seeking employment.

Don’t even think of buying anything “refurbished”. The entire thing is a scam.
Nobody will respond if you face a problem.
The build quality is flimsy, keys pop out automatically. The power supply has issues and the device turns off automatically even while it’s plugged in. Display has visible dead pixels, I lodged a complaint with the seller, they didn’t respond.
Basically, once the return window is gone, Amazon won’t listen and the seller won’t respond. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

The laptop delivers good overall performance with no major issues during use. It handles tasks efficiently and runs smoothly. However, the battery life is a bit disappointing, lasting only about 2 hours, which may require frequent charging. There are also a few minor scratches on the exterior, but they don’t affect the laptop’s functionality. If you’re okay with the battery limitation, this laptop offers great value for its performance.

As of now it’s working perfectly. It doesn’t look like a refurbished one, seems like a new one. The only dispute which I noticed is the battery which is expected. Charge is draining faster than usual. Apart from that everything is perfect. Thanx to the seller as well as Amazon.
After 1 month of usage the battery 2 is dead. It’s not charging while the laptop is on charging mode. Contacted the seller multiple times but they are not in a mood to change the defected battery. They told me you have to send the defected battery by your own. That “Used Yet New” Seller is absolute a fraud one. Within a month after the delivery this thing happened. My product is under the 6-month seller warrenty but they are not helping the customer. Not getting a prompt solutions from Amazon also. They keep saying wait for 3 days for first time now saying 8 business days. Being a customer for a long time this is really disheartening. My suggestions would be don’t buy refurbished one, not from that Used Yet New cheater.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the laptop I purchased. From the moment I unboxed it, it has been a constant source of frustration and inconvenience.
The laptop is practically unusable. It freezes constantly, crashes frequently, and takes an eternity to boot up. I have tried all the troubleshooting steps suggested, but nothing seems to work.
It is clear that this laptop is defective and not fit for purpose. I am appalled by the poor quality of this product and the negative impact it has had on my productivity. I demand a full refund and replacement with a functioning laptop. Customer support is not responding on calls and messages
I expect a prompt resolution to this matter.
