I recently purchased a refurbished Dell latitude 5490 laptop. The laptop is in excellent condition, with minimal scratches. Performance is smooth, and battery life is good it’s of approx 6 hours with normal usage. Speed of laptop is good enough, speakers are working fine, wifi, bluetooth are workin properly. Seller communication was prompt and helpful. I got the warranty confirmation over whatsapp from seller for 6 months but yet to confirm over mail.
1. Processor: Intel core i5 8th Gen.
2. RAM/Memory: 16GB,
3. Storage: 512 GB,
4. Display: 14 inches, vibrant colors as it’s win 11,
5. Ports/Connectivity: 3 USB working fine.
*Note- Didn’t find serial no on body however I found from command prompt.

Each of them have major issues of battery drainage,
I think I received same product each time ( returned product gets re-pack and delivered to me I think so…)

It started throwing issues in 2-3 months and stopped working in just 3 months and then I sent it to company back and paid 1,000 courier charges after that company replaced hard disk and send back to me now again in few days it started throwing issues and stopped working again by saying “no bootable device found”. I just recommend to Buy new laptop and pay little more insted of buying this refurbished laptop. Useless product I have wasted lot of my time since I purchased it. Used just 3-4 months and wasted approx 25,000 ok it.

i was purchase the dell laptop through by amazon, charger are not working and cal customer no. they attend the and assureing for change the enitre product. still problem are same.
I totally disapponted for name of brand are taking any responsibility. false commitment till now.
