Best buy. Sound quality, picture quality is awesome. There are two places where I think still there is a room for improvement. The height of the monitor is fixed and voice search option isn’t there. Rest all is awesome and better than perfect.

Best ever monitor. Clarity is undoubtedly next level. Without any hussle go for this monitor. Using since last 1 year. Not a single time I got any issue. Performance is suttle. Colour accuracy is best. Best connectivity. Easily get connected to any devices. Monitor OS is also very easy to use.

Very good picture quality and excellent motion smoothing, even old movies feel like 60fps. The picture looks sharp and clean with good contrast, unlike those entry level tvs. Can be used for watching tv, pc work or gaming. Samsung tv plus has lots of free channels. I’m 1 star shy because the remote does not have voice control and there’s no external audio output except bluetooth.

Purchasing this monitor has been one of the worst decisions I’ve made. Despite the premium price and brand reputation, the monitor fails at its basic function—delivering accurate color output. When connected to a PC via HDMI, colors are completely washed out. Blacks appear grey, reds shift to orange, and the overall image quality is unsuitable for tasks that require precision, such as photo editing.
Adding to the frustration, Samsung’s customer service was dismissive. The technician who visited outright denied the issue, claiming the device is “non-defective.” Samsung’s response to my complaint was equally unhelpful, offering no real resolution.
To make matters worse, Amazon refused to accept a return or provide a replacement, citing Samsung’s denial of the issue. This lack of accountability from both Samsung and Amazon has been extremely disappointing.
I expected better from a brand like Samsung and a platform as trusted as Amazon. I strongly advise against purchasing this monitor—or any product—if you value quality, accountability, or customer support.
