I really liked the product and how easy it is to setup the whole machine and printer without any help. The product manual has all the instructions. The print quality is great. The supplier is always available for any support needed.

I have buy this whole set to start my tshirt print business.
Except heating machine rest things including printer and sublimation paper is not of good quality.
Printer is causing me so much trouble from starting. First it is not printing black ink but after repairing it starts and after some time now it is printing with yellow background.
I am writing this review after 7 month of use.
They provide sublimation paper so much thin that every time paper got stuck in printer out of 100 paper i am only be able to use rarely 20 paper for print rest paper got wasted.
So do spent your money wisely.
I recommend to order seperate things from different places as required.

A product does not become great by itself; it needs the backing of the company selling it. My Print Sublimation Setup is one such complete product, which is not only great but also backed up by a very sincere and responsive after-sales service via WhatsApp. The new cup printing machine was very tight, and I spoke to the My Print representative on WhatsApp. Within a minute of my contacting him, he came back and assured me that since it was new, it was going to be a bit tight to lock and, over time, would become easy to handle. That is exactly what happened. The hot press is really sturdy and easy to handle. The Epson printer, and other accompanying products are of good quality and gives excellent results. I would recommend this My Print Complete Sublimation Setup to anyone who is interested in Sublimation Printing.

The printer and heat press are working fine. The printer came without a power cable, and the one of the ink bottle had leaked and stained everything in the box. Informed the seller but they have still not sent power cable and replacement ink.
Update:
They sent the missing and danged pieces after a week. Good Service. Machine also working well. All in all, value for money.
