Packaging from Epson wasn’t great the adf part was broken but replaced the product and the replacement had loose screws and parts but function wise printer is best

The printer works as advertised and is a good work horse but the print quality is not that good in colour and makes a dull printout.

I changed Maintenance box 4 times a months it’s costs 1000 rs and ink cost high …. Papper jammed most of time …. Maintenance cost over

Worst experience genuinely I got this product from amazon with paylater option.i got a defective piece .when I ordered 7 days replacement it showed but when I tried to replace no extra printer is available for exchange it showing.when I contacted Amazon they are saying we are only selling platform contact to service people and service people are saying that spare part won’t come under warrenty. I am collecting all documents now to file a case in consumer court. So please don’t but products from amazon. Worst service they are providing now.
