We have ordered that printer for our e-commerce orders and use it once in a while.We wanted to use it last week and electric sparks came out from the printer plug (the one that connects the printer to the computer). I unplugged it and replugged several times and the each time we got the same issue.See the video enclosed.I was really concerned about the risk this represents in term of security for my office and employees. I therefore contacted straight away the seller and shared all the information asking for them to pick up and refund that terrible product. Since then, they have just be answering vaguely that they are looking into it and doing nothing.Seems scandalous that such an expensive product can be so risky.We will clearly never be using that product again – and not buy anything from that seller again. printing head also damaged printing not work properly , dosen’t buy with that seller

Best low budget but big impact label printer to give a boost to your eCommerce business u can print thousands of labels without worrying about heating problems and other problems I have been using it from 2 months it’s bmgood and easy to use.

Good product, I wil purches this type of printer, but I wil recived another printer ,next i wil return, next day same printer purches in out side and use 4month no problem in machine, good speed and good print
